PAYMENT DETAILS:

ANY DEPOSITS PAID ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

DELAYS:
ALTHOUGH PRESTIGE CARS OF BANBURY LTD WILL ENDEAVOUR TO MEET ALL DEADLINES, WE ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELAY HOWEVER CAUSED.
DAMAGE TO LIMOUSINE AND CARS:
THE CLIENT WHO BOOKS THE LIMOUSINE(S)/CAR(S) WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF ALL MEMBERS OF THEIR PARTY. ANY DAMAGES TO THE LIMOUSINE/CAR OR ITS FIXTURES CAUSED BY A CLIENT, A MEMBER OF THEIR PARTY OR BY INCITING OTHERS SHALL INCUR A £100 EXCESS CHARGE.
IF A MEMBER OF THE PARTY IS SICK IN THE LIMOUSINE/CAR. THERE WILL BE A VALETING CHARGE OF £80.
IF THE CONTRACT IS PAID BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD THE CLIENT AUTHORISES US TO CHARGE ANY DAMAGE OR SICKNESS CHARGE TO THAT CARD.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
WE OPERATE A NON SMOKING POLICY.
NO FOOD TO BE CONSUMED IN THE LIMOUSINE/CAR UNLESS PREVIOUSLY AGREED.
NO ALCOHOL TO BE CONSUMED BY ANY PERSONS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE AND PROOF MAY BE REQ.
NO ILLEGAL DRUGS ARE TO BE USED OR CARRIED WHILST IN THE VEHICLE.
SEATBELTS:
PASSENGERS IN FORWARD FACING SEATS ARE REQUIRED BY LAW TO WEAR SEATBELTS AT ALL TIMES.
BREAKDOWN:
OUR VEHICLES ARE SERVICED AND MAINTAINED TO THE HIGHEST LEVELS HOWEVER IN THE UNFORTUNATE EVENT OF BREAKDOWN, WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO FIND ALTERNATIVE TRANSPORT OR OFFER A FULL REFUND.
ARTICLES LEFT IN LIMOUSINE OR CAR:
ALTHOUGH WE WILL TAKE CARE, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO LUGGAGE OR PERSONAL PROPERTY LEFT IN THE LIMOUSINE OR CAR DURING OR AFTER THE RENTAL PERIOD.
AIRPORT JOURNEYS:
THE AMOUNT OF PASSENGERS AND SUITCASES WILL BE DETERMINED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING AND WILL APPEAR ON THE BOOKING FORM.
CHARGE FOR AIRPORT COLLECTIONS INCLUDE THE FIRST 30 MINUTES WAIT TIME AFTER THE FLIGHT HAS LANDED. ANY ADDITIONAL TIME WILL BE CHARGED AT THE OVERTIME RATE.
EXCESSIVE DELAYS MAY FORFEIT YOUR RETURN JOURNEY AS OTHER BOOKINGS MAY HAVE BEEN TAKEN FOR THE SAME DAY.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
CANCELLATIONS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED IN WRITING AND MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE HIRE DATE.
WEDDING CANCELATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING NO LESS THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO HIRE.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY:
THE COMPANY AND EMPLOYEES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE PASSAGE TO ANY PERSON(S) THAT IT DEEMS TO BE UNFIT TO TRAVEL IN THE VEHICLE. IF A DRIVER DEEMS ANY PERSON(S) TO BE POSING A DANGER TO THE VEHICLE OR ITS OCCUPANTS THEY RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE BOOKING WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IN THIS CIRCUMSTANCE AND WE CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ASSOCIATED COSTS INVOLVED.
